Inter’s legend and current vice president of the club, Javier Sanetti, commented on the vandal act, after which Milan’s newly created “Inter Milan Wall” was spoiled. The work in question, created on the occasion of the 110th anniversary of the “Nerazzurri”, depicts football players who have left their mark in Inter history. Days later, however, it was corrupted by the vandals who flooded the graphite with red paint.
“I would not define the people who created this vandal act as football fans. This wall is a great piece of work. It is Inter’s DNA and that’s the most important thing. The story can not be deleted. There are many ways to celebrate a successful history with past and present champions. Now all our thoughts are aimed at our goal of finishing the championship in the places eligible to participate in the Champions League, “said Sanetti to Premium.
