The goalkeeper of Nigeria entered history and overshadowed the stars of the 2018 World Cup

Nigeria made an important 2-0 victory over Iceland and further tightened the intrigue in Group C at the World Cup in Russia in 2018. Ahmed Musa shined with two hits in the Vikings’ door and now with four goals on his Mondial account the most accomplished Nigerian, but not only he had a historic night to be proud of.

Nigerian guard Francis Uzoho kept his net dry and became the second youngest goalkeeper in history who did not allow a goal in a world championship match. The youngest is the Korean Li Chan-Myong, who became famous for his heroism against Italy at 1966, when he was only 19 years old and 198 days old.
