Liverpool’s stellar raid continues to amaze with its performance since the start of the season. Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane scored 4 of the 5 goals in the Romina goal in the first semi-final of the Champions League last night, winning the red with 5: 2. The three have had a total of 28 hits from the start of the campaign (Salah – 10, Firmino 10, Mane – 8) and have surpassed the 27 goals scored by Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Neymar in the 2014/15 season when the Catalonians rejoiced with the Cup. In the 2013/14 season, Cristiano Ronaldo, Karim Benzema and Gareth Bale also scored 28 goals and Real Madrid won the Champions League. The Liverpool trio, however, has at least one more match in which to leave the record of the Royal Club’s strikers in history.
